The anime does make that issue confusing.
You're telling me! I started off using "he" for
the boy bodies and "she" for the girl bodies, myself. That worked great
for a while, until I started my Taiki shrine, at which point the constantly
changing pronouns caused my head to explode @_@ ! So I figured, since
their natural forms are female, anyway, I may as well default to "she", and
that stuck. Now, other than the occasional complaint from heterosexual
fangirls who won't know what to do with themselves if the Lights are referred
to as female, it's working out great!
You'll have to excuse her-- she hasn't been sleeping
much lately ^_^' . Anyway, I'm grateful for all my fans, and appreciate
the compliment on my eyes :-) .
